看了訂房網站的評分，點評的好來到這個酒店，親測沒有感受到釜山第一的美譽。酒店設施陳舊，環境很一般，沒有大五星級別酒店的感覺，就是很平平，也沒有很差，前台小姐姐的服務很贊，酒店浴巾很重得消毒水味道，酒店周圍的環境不錯

非常喜歡的酒店！！ 下次來還會住 服務好，地理位置好 2000不到一個晚上可以説是性價比一流了 新樓有無邊泳池，主樓有溫泉 住客都是免費使用 底下一樓有小童樂園和bmw小童駕駛 行李員熱情，前台周到，上下車都會小跑步過來開車門 尤其是有一次小朋友睡著了，我把他抱上推車 邊上的行李員馬上把他幫我拿的衣服直接蓋小朋友推車上，還蓋蓋好。真的非常喜歡

A truly terrible hotel. It claims to be a five star hotel, but I would call it a three star hotel at the most. You walk into the lobby and it’s nice enough, but the rest is not. The service is bad. The room is not nice, with dirty carpet and scratched furniture. Everything about it was disappointing. The room doesn’t even come with a coffee machine, which is ridiculous for a luxury hotel. We asked if we could get one and they said they charge to bring up coffee to the room. The AC also never worked and the room stayed at 25 degrees, and they said there was nothing they could do. The hotel is so full, it takes multiple elevators to finally fit into one that isn’t overflowing with people. They also said I could get tax free at check-out, and when I checked out they said it wasn’t possible with my prepaid reservation (other hotels haven’t had any problems with that). When we told them our issues at checkout they said there they were sorry but didn’t do anything to fix it. If you want a true luxury hotel, stay at the Signiel (staying there was a 10/10 experience). Do not stay here.
